Refund and Cancellation

Cancellation Before Course Commencement

  • Cancellation requests made within 5 calendar days of enrollment and prior to course commencement may be eligible for a refund of up to 80% of the course fee.

  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation After Course Commencement

  • No refund shall be provided once the course has commenced.

  • Access to course materials and recorded sessions will be revoked upon cancellation.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment.

  • The organization is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
